Drone Entrepreneur: A third-party individual or company offering drone-based services.
Services: Agricultural spraying and other drone-related activities facilitated through Leher.
Users must register with a valid phone number and verify their identity via OTP (One-Time Password) to use the platform. Farmers and Drone Entrepreneurs are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information. Leher reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if any fraudulent or illegal activities are detected.
Leher acts solely as a facilitator, connecting farmers with drone entrepreneurs. The platform does not directly provide any agricultural services. Currently, Leher does not charge farmers any fee for using the platform.
Farmer Responsibilities Communication: Farmers are required to communicate their service requirements clearly and accurately to the Drone Entrepreneur.
Monitoring: Farmers are advised to monitor the delivery of the service to ensure it meets their expectations.
Feedback: Farmers can provide feedback on services received, which Leher may use to enhance future service quality.
At Leher, we aim to provide reliable and effective services. However, we recommend that farmers keep a close eye on the Drone Entrepreneur’s work to ensure it meets their expectations. Please note that crop yield and any losses depend on many factors beyond our control, and Leher cannot take responsibility for these outcomes. Thank you for your trust and understanding as we work together to support your farming needs.
Leher reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of changes through the platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Leher reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to any user who violates these terms or engages in any behavior deemed harmful to the platform or other users.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Leher will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik, Maharashtra, India
By using the Leher platform, farmers agree and give consent to be contacted by Leher through various communication channels, including SMS, phone calls, emails, or in-app notifications.
Farmers agree that Leher has the right to share relevant service information, including location details of the farm and contact information of the farmer, with the selected Drone Entrepreneur or a Drone Entrepreneur that Leher has chosen on behalf of the farmer.
Drone Entrepreneurs on Leher are responsible for delivering agricultural spraying services using drones to farmers who place requests through the platform.
Drone Entrepreneurs must communicate clearly with farmers regarding their requirements before accepting a service request.
Drone Entrepreneurs are required to deliver high-quality, safe, and effective drone spraying services at all times.
If a Drone Entrepreneur cannot fulfill a service request, they must cancel promptly and communicate the reason to the farmer.
Drone Entrepreneurs must use only authorized and DGCA-approved drones for service delivery.
Drone Entrepreneurs must communicate clearly with farmers regarding their requirements before accepting a service request.
Drone Entrepreneurs must maintain professional behavior and courteous communication with farmers at all times.
Drone Entrepreneurs agree to accept payments from farmers via cash or digital methods.
Drone Entrepreneurs agree to use Leher’s web portal and mobile applications (DSP App) to manage service delivery.
Drone Entrepreneurs are expected to provide regular feedback on platform operations to help improve services.
The responsibility for service delivery lies solely with the Drone Entrepreneur.
Drone Entrepreneurs must ensure that all equipment is well-maintained before attempting a service delivery.
Drone Entrepreneurs are responsible for ensuring compatible hardware and reliable internet connectivity for using Leher’s applications.
Pilots must use the Leher Pilot App for facilitating service delivery.
Pilots acknowledge that the Leher Pilot App tracks their precise location during service delivery.
Pilots must maintain professional communication with farmers throughout service delivery.
Pilots are responsible for collecting payments from farmers based on estimates provided via Leher's platform.
Pilots must comply with all DGCA safety standards during operations.
Pilots must cooperate fully with Leher's support team during service delivery.
Pilots are required to have a valid drone flying license issued by DGCA.
Pilots agree to the terms of using the Leher Pilot App on compatible devices only.
